# Coordinate internal resources and clients for the timely completion of projects.
# Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
# Developing project plans, scopes/objectives and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
# Ensure resource availability and allocation on a day-to-day basis.
# Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
# Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
# Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
# Submit periodical progress reports to clients and management.
# Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
# Extend necessary training and guidance to the team members.
