Job Description:
1. Acts as primary point-of-contact for Line of Business release teams for all process areas pertaining to managing scope of a Release and corresponding key deliverables

2. Manages the initial intake of projects targeting deployment in a Release

3. Manages Scope Lock process for each Release and communicates outcome

4. Builds and maintains contact list for each Release, based on participating teams (Line Of Business, Apps, supporting groups)

5. Manages the Release Content Modification process for each release, post-scope lock; updating SharePoint lists as part of processing

6. Ensures SharePoint site remains updated and accurate

7. Produces appropriate scope metrics and tracking reports

8. Assists in creation of Release documents such as weekly Clarity Reporting, Release Content Review, and Release Notes

9. Supports release deployments / Command Center shifts

10. Assists in creation of e-mail communications such as release status.

Candidate Profile:
Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel or other tools to manage complex data sets (Pivot tables, Vlookup) a plus; SharePoint knowledge, including list maintenance; PPL; Clarity, ITSM or similar Change Management tools.
