Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and
analysing sales figures - Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with competitors’ products
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE markets within
FMCG industry preferably from perfumes or cosmetics industry - Must possess an MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Should have proven track record in improving market space in major hypermarket chains in UAE and GCC and increase sales
turn over . - Ability to open new SKU’s in new chains of hypermarkets and Supermarkets in UAE and GCC
- Should be able to handle a team of 40 – 50 promoters
- Should be able to establish brand image in modern trade sales and increase brand presence
Salary: AED 12,000 – 13,000
